Job Summary

Analyze and report US international taxation for a global HP tax structure, supporting effective tax rate outcomes. Own US international tax compliance activities such as Subpart F computations, foreign tax credit, and international portions of federal returns, while preparing and reviewing related IRS forms. Perform quarterly/annual international tax provision analysis (including ASC 740, APB 23, basis and E&P studies), support tax planning research, respond to tax authority notices, and lead process transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Support US international tax compliance, including E&P/earnings and profits calculations, Subpart F computations, foreign tax credits, and allocation/apportionment for international federal return preparation.
•Prepare and review IRS forms 5471, 8991, 8992, 8993, 1118, and 8858.
•Conduct quarterly and annual international tax provision analysis, including APB 23 and ASC 740 analysis, basis and E&P studies, and books basis analysis.
•Participate in tax planning research such as estimated tax forecasts; analyze complex structural and planning transactions.
•Respond to notices from tax authorities, interact with authorities, and lead ongoing process transformation initiatives. In addition, lead junior or co-sourced personnel on priority projects.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Strong MS Office and spreadsheet skills (Power BI, Excel, Access).
•US GAAP accounting knowledge.
•CORPTAX experience is a plus.
•Tax domain experience is a plus.
•Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical/project management skills.
