Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver a strong client experience by engaging clients and teammates and understanding the impact of interactions.
  • •Identify financial wellness opportunities during in-person and phone conversations and provide customized recommendations.
  • •Open personal and business accounts, deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, certificates of deposit, and other offerings.
  • •Develop partnerships with branch and line-of-business teammates to acquire clients and deepen existing relationships via centers of influence.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures and support branch operations, including teller transactions as needed.

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED (required) or equivalent business experience; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • •Minimum 1 year of experience developing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources; sales experience more important than financial services experience.
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques (tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, networking).
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing).
