Key Responsibilities

•Deliver a strong client experience by engaging clients and teammates and understanding the impact of interactions.
•Identify financial wellness opportunities during in-person and phone conversations and provide customized recommendations.
•Open personal and business accounts, deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, certificates of deposit, and other offerings.
•Develop partnerships with branch and line-of-business teammates to acquire clients and deepen existing relationships via centers of influence.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures and support branch operations, including teller transactions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or GED (required) or equivalent business experience; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
•Minimum 1 year of experience developing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources; sales experience more important than financial services experience.
•Understanding of consumer credit, including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports.
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques (tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, networking).
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing).
