Job Summary

As a Safe and Secure Associate, you’ll protect people, customers, and assets by managing gate access, documenting vehicle movement, and ensuring proper egress/digress protocols. Conduct routine patrols across the inspection center and logistics yards, respond to security and safety concerns, and de-escalate incidents. You’ll use the Safe and Secure Application (SAS App) and RFID technology, and coordinate with the Safe and Secure Team Lead and Manager on badges and CCTV-related requests.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and document the movement of cars into and out of inspection center entrance and exit gates.
•Provide on-site support as the face of the company to associates, vendors, and visitors while ensuring proper access protocols.
•Conduct routine patrols and document security and/or safety concerns across the facility yard and buildings.
•Respond using emergency and incident response procedures, de-escalating situations and coordinating actions as needed.
•Use the Safe and Secure Application (SAS App) and RFID technology; coordinate with team leadership on badge creation and CCTV review requests.
