Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement engineering activities during the Preparation Phase for CAPEX gates 2 and 3, including VIP design criteria, the PEP, project management plan, and risk/EHS review.
  • •Develop work scopes, ensure relevant standards are met, coordinate contractor bid meetings, respond to RFIs, and perform bid tabulations.
  • •Conduct project risk analysis and mitigation, track/control and report costs, and generate/integrate schedules for work packages and outages.
  • •Coordinate outage, construction, and technical activities with production and maintenance, tracking material deliveries and resolving issues during implementation.
  • •Participate in steering committee and startup meetings, manage integrated team members, communicate progress to stakeholders, and document lessons learned while ensuring EHS/quality/cost/schedule compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
  • •Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in development, execution, and start-up of CAPEX projects in a heavy industrial setting.
  • •Solid understanding of ladder logic, HMI software, and electrical circuits.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • •Strong problem solving, judgment, and critical thinking, with good communication and teamwork.
