Job Summary

Own end-to-end ERP integration work for the full acquisition portfolio, from onsite discovery and fit/gap analysis through Oracle Fusion build/configuration, data conversion, and SIT/UAT testing. Support legal entity and intercompany configuration, execute workstream configuration across procurement, inventory, order management, projects, and finance, and help drive Go-Lives and Hypercare at acquired sites. Partner with PLM, manufacturing, and CRM satellite systems to coordinate dependencies and keep agile programs moving.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end data conversion for M&A integrations, including extracting source data, mapping to Oracle templates, deriving business rules, validating data quality, and building repeatable conversion processes.
•Support legal entity design and intercompany configuration for new acquisitions by translating operational, accounting, and legal requirements into ERP and satellite system design decisions.
•Execute Oracle legal entity system configuration across workstreams (DTB, WMS, PTP, OTC, PTC, RTR).
•Plan and run testing cycles, build and execute test cases, resolve defects, and drive root cause resolution with satellite system teams (Teamcenter, Forge, Salesforce, MRPSpeed).
•Travel onsite to acquired companies to lead discovery sessions, provide ERP training, and support Go-Live and Hypercare; maintain ERP knowledge base documentation in Airtable and Quip.

Salary: USD 129,000 - 171,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years hands-on Oracle Fusion ERP experience, including configuration, data conversion/loading, and end-to-end testing (SIT/UAT), with M&A integration or rapid deployment experience strongly preferred.
•Proven experience executing data migrations: extracting source data, mapping to target templates, validating quality, and coordinating loads.
•Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion across at least two of: Financials/RTR, Procurement/PTP, Manufacturing/DTB, Inventory/WMS, Order Management/OTC, or Project Accounting/PTC.
•Strong understanding of legal entity and intercompany transaction design, with experience configuring new legal entities in Oracle Fusion a significant plus.
•Ability to work in agile/sprint delivery and write user stories while tracking work in tools such as Airtable, Jira, or equivalents; willing to travel up to 50% and work onsite full-time.
