Job Summary

Enable independent risk review capabilities by identifying review requirements and designing system-driven, automated, data-driven testing approaches. •Identify review requirements and processes suitable for system-driven testing, including automated and data-driven testing approaches.
•Partner with data analysts and cross-functional stakeholders to understand data sources, validate data integrity, and execute system-driven testing to support conclusions.
•Provide clear data testing results to inform review conclusions, including identifying control, process, and data weaknesses.
•Lead initiatives that enhance IRRA review methodologies and enablement capabilities using data, analytics, and enabling technologies.
•Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to Analysts while managing multiple initiatives and contributing to process improvements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 105,400 - 124,000 annually

•Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.

•Familiarity with data procurement, analysis, and reporting tools such as SQL, SAS, Python, Power BI, and Tableau.
