Key Responsibilities

•Build relationships with existing Cox Business clients and prospective customers; upsell and cross-sell a robust portfolio including cloud, managed services, data connectivity, and more
•Proactively contact and meet with existing and potential customers to assess their business, technology needs and goals
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of customers’ business including future plans, industry, and competitors, and regularly update needs analysis
•Develop strategies and solutions to increase growth across the Cox portfolio using cloud, managed services, data/internet, and other offerings; apply consultative and value-based selling techniques
•Touch base with customers prior to contract expiration to renew or revise contracts and sell additional products and services; manage and maintain pipeline, win/loss and forecast data

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 58,400 - 87,600 annually

Key Requirements

•8 years of experience in a related field, OR a BS/BA degree in a related discipline with 4 years of experience in a related field, OR an MS/MA degree in a related discipline with 2 years of experience in a related field
•Previous successful business-to-business outside sales or related experience
•A valid driver’s license, a good driving record and reliable transportation
•Excellent written and verbal communication skill with a successful track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
•Proficiency and relative work experience using Windows-based PCs, Microsoft Office and a customer relationship management tool (CRM)
