Key Responsibilities

•Manage, oversee and coordinate all facets of the pre-construction, bid and award, construction and close-out phases of assigned projects.
•Plan, organize, and prepare reports to upper management on project status and progress.
•Coordinate with public agencies and District staff to ensure compliance with off-site work and district requirements.
•Oversee project budget and schedule, monitor monthly budgets, and reflect status/progress accurately.
•Provide technical direction to subordinate managers and ensure projects are constructed to design, budget, and schedule.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 107,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

•BA/BS plus 4 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience/education.
•Experience with Division of State Architect (DSA) construction/design processes.
•Experience managing multiple projects concurrently, including active educational facilities.
•Strong ability to review pre-construction documents and coordinate with designers and public agencies.
•Proven ability to monitor budgets and schedules, negotiate change orders, and manage project close-out.
