Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide input and implement HR strategy aligned to business unit objectives and vision.
  • •Partner with leadership to promote a safe environment and leverage the Employee Value Proposition.
  • •Identify and correct risk patterns in EEO and AA; recognize behavior patterns that may lead to dissatisfaction.
  • •Coach leaders on decision-making to drive performance, productivity, and workforce effectiveness.
  • •Support onboarding/orientation, workforce strategy execution, grievance management, talent evaluation, and program/policy ROI monitoring.

Key Requirements
