Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the lead administrator for the Claims & Disclosures Library, including user permissions, folder structures, and metadata tagging strategies.
  • •Enforce end-to-end workflows for claim submissions, reviews, and approvals.
  • •Create and manage processes and artifacts for the Claims Library, including substantiation management and audit trails.
  • •Manage relationships between primary claims and mandatory legal disclosures, including lifecycle monitoring of expiration dates and periodic reviews.
  • •Act as the primary liaison for Marketing and Legal/Compliance reviewers and provide reporting on library health, usage, and compliance status.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 151,900 - 173,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
  • •At least 4 years of project management experience.
  • •At least 1 year of people management experience.
  • •At least 2 years in Marketing Operations, Legal Ops, or Compliance.
  • •At least 2 years managing Digital Asset Management (DAM), Content Management System (CMS), or Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) workflow tools.
