Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement, and maintain governance policies and procedures related to procurement activities.
  • •Ensure alignment of procurement processes with local regulations, internal standards, and best practices.
  • •Develop and manage procurement reporting tools and dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  • •Prepare and present regular reports on procurement performance metrics, compliance, and risk assessments to senior management.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote governance and compliance within procurement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field
  • •At least 3 years of experience in procurement governance, compliance, or reporting within a large organization
  • •Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in data analytics tools and Excel
  • •Familiarity with procurement regulations and best practices in Saudi Arabia
  • •Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
