Key Responsibilities

•Design, implement, and maintain governance policies and procedures related to procurement activities.
•Ensure alignment of procurement processes with local regulations, internal standards, and best practices.
•Develop and manage procurement reporting tools and dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
•Prepare and present regular reports on procurement performance metrics, compliance, and risk assessments to senior management.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote governance and compliance within procurement.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field
•At least 3 years of experience in procurement governance, compliance, or reporting within a large organization
•Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in data analytics tools and Excel
•Familiarity with procurement regulations and best practices in Saudi Arabia
•Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
