Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform general labor responsibilities efficiently under general supervision.
  • •Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading and perform sampling and equipment handling tasks.
  • •Load and unload agricultural inputs using heavy or light duty machinery/equipment; control and monitor load-out functions.
  • •Operate automated scale/dump systems and conduct daily/weekly/monthly maintenance and inspections while recording tasks properly.
  • •Maintain quality of inventory, ensure clean/safe work areas, support safety culture, and promptly report customer complaints and safety concerns.
