Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide world-class customer experience for internal and external clients
  • •Coordinate vehicle drives such as dropping off/picking up customer vehicles and loaners, including runs to the body shop and test charging at Electrify America charge stations
  • •Arrange Lyft rides for internal vehicle moves as requested
  • •Assist with pre-delivery inspection (PDI) carrier preparation and vehicle hand-over, including support for the check-in process when needed
  • •Assist technicians with basic repairs and help the service department with moving/staging vehicles, delivering parts, washing vehicles, and other assigned duties

Key Requirements

  • •18 years of age or older
  • •Basic automotive knowledge
  • •Willingness to obtain forklift certification post-hire and complete Lucid-provided CPR training post-hire
  • •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • •Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year (drivers under 21 require 3+ years of license and successful completion of Lucid Training)
