Quality Assurance Executive Manager

Lead the Quality Assurance–Engineering practice by defining and executing the practice roadmap and supporting strategic business initiatives. Manage executive-level stakeholder relationships and drive growth across enterprise, large-scale QA/quality engineering organizations. Own economic and financial performance for the practice, including budgeting, forecasting, margin optimization, and project portfolio governance. Motivate and develop multidisciplinary, geographically distributed teams while promoting a culture of accountability and continuous learning, including AI/GenAI adoption for quality improvements.
