Job Summary

Lead daily settlement operations for domestic and cross-border funds transfers supporting customers and Americas regional stakeholders. Process settlement cutoffs, generate and deliver customer advisements and fund transfer orders, and complete customer onboarding while responding to inquiries. Ensure settlement completes within cutoff times, manage reconciliation and discrepancy resolution, investigate and resolve settlement incidents, and review daily fail reporting for aged item remediation. Drive process improvements and support implementations through testing and piloting.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure daily settlement processing with proper procedures for domestic and cross-border funds transfers.
•Maintain reconciliation understanding within Settlement and resolve discrepancies in transaction reconciliations.
•Ensure timely resolution of settlement issues within banking cutoffs.
•Propose process enhancements to improve efficiency, quality, and timeliness of daily operations.
•Manage incident investigation and resolution for settlement operation issues, including reviewing daily fail reporting for aged item remediation and supporting training/guidance to others.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Management Information Systems (or equivalent training and experience).
•1 to 2 years of knowledge in the card payments industry or banking back office payment operations.
•Strong knowledge of accounting principles, treasury operations, and payment operations.
•Experience managing daily global settlement operations processes for internal and external customers.
•Ability to analyze problems and offer solutions, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively with cross-functional partners.
