Key Responsibilities

  • •Support attainment of key business metrics by providing engineering support across end-to-end manufacturing processes.
  • •Develop stable, capable manufacturing processes using a structured process development approach.
  • •Lead adoption of FMEAC methodology across Process Engineering, translating outputs into engineering actions across continuous improvement and change management.
  • •Lead and develop a team of process engineers, setting responsibilities and objectives aligned to strategic engineering goals.
  • •Drive scrap reduction and lead problem-solving/root cause analysis, including reporting project delivery and management updates on process capability metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree qualified in a relevant Engineering or Science subject area.
  • •7+ years proven engineering experience, including 2+ years in a senior role.
  • •Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to make effective decisions.
  • •Lean and/or Six Sigma qualification with proven application.
  • •Ability to apply FMEAC (or equivalent structured process risk-analysis) and coach engineering teams in using it.
