Collaborate with management and staff to capture user requirements and convert them into technical specifications. Design, test, and implement new software and systems, manage data integrity, troubleshoot errors and performance issues, and work with vendors when needed. Provide technical support and training, and maintain detailed system documentation.

•Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of existing computer systems and business processes.
•Identify opportunities for system improvements, automation, and process optimization.
•Collaborate with management and staff to understand user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
•Design, test, and implement new systems and software solutions.
•Provide technical support and training, manage data integrity, troubleshoot issues, and maintain documentation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 45 - 55 hourly

Key Requirements

•Proven experience working as a Systems Analyst, IT Analyst, or in a similar role.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
•Excellent understanding of business process analysis and improvement methodologies.
•Proficiency managing and configuring business applications such as CRM, project management, or ERP systems.
•A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
