Key Responsibilities

•Create and optimize dashboards and control panels using DataDog, Grafana, Zabbix, Elastic, or New Relic.
•Provide automation solutions for technical support to networks and processes.
•Participate in mapping and implementing automation and monitoring services.
•Analyze operational and business metrics to detect improvement opportunities.
•Coordinate with IT and operations teams to ensure the proper functioning of shipping platforms.

Key Requirements

•Experience in observability and system monitoring with tools like DataDog, Grafana, Zabbix, Elastic, or New Relic.
•Experience on projects that incorporate Generative AI, knowledge of LLMs and prompt creation.
•Proficiency in scripting or automation languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
•Knowledge of networking including Ethernet, Firewalls, VLANs, switches and routers.
•Ability to analyze data and business metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
