Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and optimize leaders’ calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings across time zones.
  • •Coordinate administrative support duties including email filtering, phone answering, visitors, expenses, timekeeping, invoice processing, and record management.
  • •Ensure leaders are prepared for meetings with appropriate materials in advance.
  • •Prepare correspondence and special reports, including extracting and sorting data in Excel and creating/editing presentations and documents.
