Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain back-end services using Java (Spring Boot), including performance tuning and resiliency patterns.
  • •Design, build, and version RESTful APIs, including contract-first design, documentation, and integration testing within the payments ecosystem.
  • •Deliver solutions using GCP and integrations, and support DevSecOps tool chains and processes.
  • •Own end-to-end delivery for assigned initiatives, including planning, estimates, detailed design, development, unit testing, defect fixes, and implementation/change controls.
  • •Provide technical assistance for complex production issues and coordinate with offshore/onsite teams to ensure high-quality code, documentation, and testing deliverables.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of related experience (or 4 additional years of related work experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree).
  • •5+ years of hands-on experience developing and supporting cloud-native applications on GCP.
  • •Strong proficiency in Java (Spring/Spring Boot).
  • •Experience building and supporting secure RESTful APIs and event-driven integrations (OAuth2/OIDC preferred), including IaC automation (preferably Terraform).
