Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end management of high-value operational contracts, including strategy development, procurement, implementation, performance management, and renewal.
  • •Run competitive tendering activities, prepare contract scopes, evaluate technical and commercial submissions, and lead contract negotiations.
  • •Serve as a commercial adviser, building relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure performance, quality, and value across the contract lifecycle.
  • •Oversee contract compliance, spend, claims management, and supplier performance for a diverse portfolio of service, maintenance, and technical contracts.
  • •Support budget delivery, maintain accurate contract records within SAP, and provide commercial insight for effective cost control.
