Job Summary

Support end-to-end logistics planning, coordination, and execution for program operations, including material readiness, supply chain tracking, and logistics reporting. Review field support requirements, determine calibration and maintenance needs, and develop/maintain logistics documentation such as handbooks and bulletins. Analyze contractual commitments and specifications, coordinate subcontractors and field service teams, and prepare DD 1149 and DD 250 support documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Review field support requirements and recommend tools/test equipment, establishing calibration requirements for field systems and maintenance tasks.
•Perform maintenance and maintainability demonstrations for customers and review handbooks for technical adequacy.
•Assist in the development of maintenance engineering and logistics support, including preparation of logistics documentation and information systems.
•Analyze contractual commitments, customer specifications, and design changes to plan and develop logistics program activities across the product lifecycle.
•Develop and implement program activities by coordinating subcontractors, production departments, and field service personnel; support DD 1149 and DD 250 documentation for the Project Manager.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 95,000 - 105,000 annually

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma with 6-9 years (or commensurate) experience.
•Logistics planning, maintenance engineering, or lifecycle logistics for complex federal or DoD programs.
•Knowledge of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), maintenance planning, sustainment, and product lifecycle management.
•Experience coordinating logistics activities across cross-functional teams, subcontractors, production organizations, and field service personnel.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and eligibility for CAC/base access; ability to work onsite in Chantilly, VA.
