SS&P - Cost of Goods (CoG) Project Lead - Linkou

Own and run the Cost of Goods (CoG) management framework for assigned platforms and product families, including governance cadence, reporting structures, and escalation mechanisms. Maintain the CoG roadmap, translate business targets into actionable cost-reduction plans, and drive improvement initiatives from ideation through realization. Coordinate cross-functional work with Sourcing, Cost Engineering, D&E, PLM, Finance, and business lines, providing transparent status, savings forecasts, risks, and opportunities to support decision-making.
