Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to support clients’ skill development, communication, and independence under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Implement individualized treatment plans, collect and record accurate session data, and work toward behavior-reduction goals while maintaining a positive rapport with clients and families. Participate in ongoing training and professional development and follow HIPAA and confidentiality requirements.
