Key Responsibilities

  • •Ideate, write scripts, and produce visual assets for overseas markets, including brand videos, UA performance ad creatives, community UGC viral hooks, and app store visual storefronts.
  • •Create tailored creative strategies for seasonal themes and IP collaborations to achieve high emotional resonance and precise audience positioning.
  • •Maintain premium international aesthetic quality by controlling color grading, composition, pacing, and visual sophistication to match local cultural sensibilities.
  • •Collaborate with visual designers, 3D/video editors, and external vendors; translate creative intent into structured design briefs for production teams.
  • •Analyze full-funnel performance metrics (CPM, retention, CTR, CVR) to diagnose creative fatigue or friction points and implement iteration and optimization plans.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience producing overseas gaming brand videos with an understanding of player subcultures across global regions.
  • •Proficiency in video editing tools such as After Effects and Premiere Pro, including use of VFX plugins; Motion Graphics (MG) and 2D animation are preferred.
  • •Strong strategic thinking with logical frameworks for creative pitches, balancing brand identity and UA acquisition efficiency.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Film & Advertising (or related) is preferred; strong passion for global pop culture, anime/manga IPs, and/or VTuber ecosystem.
  • •Professional working proficiency in Chinese and English is required; Japanese fluency is a plus.
