Deliver on-site support for Dell customers by troubleshooting hardware and software issues at client sites. Triage problems with guidance from Dell support, execute action plans with Dell Domain Engineers, and communicate via Teams, email, and phone. Document parts and service results, run diagnostics, capture/upload logs, and perform maintenance tasks such as reseating, swapping/replacing components, and upgrading firmware.

Key Responsibilities

•Triage customer issues with direction from Dell support.
•Execute action plans from Dell Domain Engineer/L3 and communicate using Teams, email, and phone.
•Document POA results, logs, and service reports, including parts numbers and PPID of replaced components, via case email.
•Reseat parts, swap or replace components, and upgrade firmware as needed.
•Run diagnostics for server testing and validation, capturing and uploading logs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 65,000 - 85,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of professional experience, plus an Associate's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience and education.
•Experience delivering technical field services supporting hardware and software at client sites.
•Experience in a customer-facing role, including reporting and presenting to all levels of the organization.
•Experience working with large, concentrated client asset deployments, including networking and Fiber.
•Ability to lift at least 50 lbs waist high to replace components on server stacks.
