Lead the Pricing team’s data science efforts to accurately value vehicles CarMax buys and sells. Develop and improve predictive models using feature engineering, statistical and machine learning techniques, and controlled experiments to quantify business impact. Help grow the team’s modeling capabilities by researching innovations and best practices, and communicate model approaches clearly to drive adoption across the organization.
