Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement scalable data integration and transformation frameworks for the Enterprise Data Warehouse.
•Architect and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using SAP BODS and IBM DataStage, including performance tuning and batch scheduling with Redwood.
•Develop and maintain robust data models (Star/Snowflake schemas, SCD implementation) and manage incremental loads and reconciliation.
•Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and indexing/query optimization for Oracle databases.
•Lead and mentor data engineers, conduct code reviews, enforce development standards, and collaborate with BI/Analytics/Application teams for enterprise data initiatives.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in Data Engineering and deep understanding of Enterprise Data Warehouse architecture.
•Strong hands-on experience with SAP BODS, IBM DataStage, and Redwood scheduling.
•Advanced SQL development and strong expertise in Oracle database.
•Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams, including code reviews and enforcing development standards.
•Experience with data modeling (Star/Snowflake schemas, SCD types) and ETL/ELT best practices, plus data governance/security standards.
