Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate quarterly and ad hoc risk identification activities across risk categories, business units, corporate functions, and significant legal entities.
  • •Support execution of enterprise risk assessment methodologies, including review and challenge to ensure consistency and alignment with enterprise standards.
  • •Maintain and enhance the enterprise risk inventory, validating risk descriptions, classifications, risk drivers, and ownership information.
  • •Prepare governance and reporting outputs for senior management, risk committees, and executive governance forums, including analytics and dashboards.
  • •Build relationships with first- and second-line partners through workshops, training, and challenge meetings, and support process improvements and integrations with other risk functions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, Economics, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • •2-5 years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Operational Risk, Compliance, Audit, Consulting, Financial Services, or related disciplines.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • •Experience working with large data sets and reporting tools.
  • •Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, with excellent written and verbal communication.
