Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Lead production on the front lines by overseeing the full manufacturing process, tracking yields, and making real-time adjustments to keep operations running smoothly. Ensure safety and USDA health standards are met, enforce HACCP and USDA regulations, and maintain Food Safety and Food Quality plans. Guide and train hourly employees to hit production targets, improve efficiencies and minimize downtime and costs, and coordinate routine equipment and facility maintenance.
