Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform daily production floor inspections, take immediate corrective action, and lead safety audits and ergonomic initiatives.
  • •Maintain product quality by enforcing Food Safety and Food Quality plans and training employees on safe operating procedures (including lock-out/tag-out).
  • •Track and analyze production yields, efficiencies, and variances to improve workflows and equipment use, minimizing downtime and reducing costs.
  • •Direct and guide hourly production employees to align on safety, quality, and production goals; lead monthly line meetings and daily floor walkthroughs.
  • •Analyze product performance metrics and recommend continuous improvement actions to enhance efficiency while maintaining quality standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field plus 2+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent education/experience combination.

  • •Ability to motivate, train, and coach employees while fostering a positive, respectful, team-oriented environment.
