Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer network and server infrastructure, including best-practice management, control, and monitoring.
  • •Manage system security and resilience activities such as intrusion detection, firewalls, VPN troubleshooting, and backup/recovery.
  • •Support DWH and insurance-related application environments using SAP Business Objects, Microsoft SQL Server, and SSIS.
  • •Build and maintain scripts and automation, including for volumes, server assignment, and remote replication.
  • •Participate in system setup/configuration and project activities, including release management, version control, and cloud/enterprise architecture work.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
  • •6+ years of experience developing software applications, including at least 3 years supporting insurance applications.
  • •Proven system administrator/network administrator experience across databases and networks (LAN/WAN), including patch management.
  • •Hands-on knowledge of server infrastructure management, control, and monitoring, with system security (e.g., intrusion detection) and backup/recovery practices.
  • •Experience scripting and automation (Python, Perl or other), plus familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, virtualization, and related enterprise technologies.
