Job Summary

Lead and deliver complex ServiceNow implementations, designing and deploying solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and related modules. Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and architect scalable solutions. Provide technical leadership to junior consultants, customize/configure applications, and ensure platform integrity through code reviews, performance tuning, and security/compliance adherence. Support pre-sales solutioning, demos, and proposals, and stay current with ServiceNow releases.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions.
•Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and developers.
•Customize and configure ServiceNow applications using best practices while maintaining platform integrity.
•Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers, including code reviews, performance tuning, and security/compliance adherence.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration.
•Proven track record delivering successful ServiceNow implementations in enterprise environments.
•Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model.
•Proficiency with JavaScript, GlideScript, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio.
