Lead internal audit engagements for Data Science, Model Risk, and Gen AI coverage, serving as Auditor in Charge from planning through reporting. Key Responsibilities

•Serve as Auditor in Charge (AIC) on audits, managing engagements end-to-end, planning projects, and coordinating with control groups, auditors, stakeholders, and regulators; conduct L1 reviews and act as primary audit client contact.
•Analyze audit results and documentation to evaluate effectiveness and efficiency and synthesize audit findings.
•Lead audit client meetings and walkthroughs.
•Develop test steps, audit findings, and audit reports per internal policies and procedures.
•Guide the team to validate corrective actions/Management Action Plans, delegate tasks, review work papers, and provide coaching and actionable feedback.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 89,250 - 150,250 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of audit experience or model development/validation experience.
•Prior experience working at a Big Four / G-SIB.
•Understanding of Model Risk Management (MRM) frameworks including model governance, lifecycle management, validation, performance monitoring, and risk assessments.
•Understanding of model risks across development, implementation, validation, monitoring, and ongoing use, including data quality, performance, interpretability, drift, and algorithmic bias.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills to deliver quality deliverables and provide actionable feedback to management.
