Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure you have the proper supplies and PPE before starting each day’s patient visits
  • •Use a mobile-enabled schedule to navigate and commute to patients’ homes
  • •Build a warm, patient-centered connection while collecting relevant information and providing services
  • •Perform services including phlebotomy/specimen collection and other preventative diagnostics (e.g., diabetic foot screenings, retina exams, ECGs)
  • •Label collected samples correctly and coordinate drop-off to the appropriate lab or shipment facility

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 45 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in venipuncture
  • •State-required licensure and/or proof of training, plus national certification in states without state-level licensure requirements
  • •Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • •Valid Driver’s License and current vehicle insurance
  • •Reliable transportation and the ability to physically access patient homes (including climbing stairs and carrying up to 20 pounds)
