Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound logistics operations to meet business requirements.
  • •Manage transportation partners and logistics service providers, track shipments, and proactively resolve transportation issues.
  • •Oversee inventory movement and storage across warehouses and project locations, ensuring accurate stock records and reconciliation.
  • •Coordinate with procurement, operations, production, and project teams for smooth material flow and address delivery delays, shortages, and logistics challenges.
  • •Develop logistics processes/SOPs, monitor logistics KPIs, maintain shipping documentation and compliance, and prepare performance and cost/inventory reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • •3-4 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.
  • •Experience managing vendors, freight partners, and inventory operations.
  • •Understanding of logistics processes, inventory management, and transportation planning.
  • •Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent) and strong Excel/MS Office skills.
