Job Summary

Design, develop, and implement complex n-tier enterprise systems, including technical documentation, testing, and user support with technical troubleshooting. Manage vendors supporting and enhancing 10+ banking and non-banking applications and interfaces per SLA, and support application development to resolve issues. Collaborate across departments on prioritization, budgeting, and ongoing performance improvements, including strategic/tactical assistance to unit leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, implement, and document complex n-tier enterprise systems.

•Manage vendors to support and enhance 10+ applications in line with SLAs or agreements.
•Resolve application issues through application development support and enhancements.
•Assist team leader/unit head in strategic and tactical matters to support delivery and performance improvements.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years’ experience with a reputable bank or banking software vendor, including work on banking application development projects.
•Hands-on knowledge of at least 3 SDLC methodologies, including waterfall and agile.
•Hands-on knowledge of unit/module/integration testing and application/web servers.
•Hands-on experience with vendor management and support/enhancement of banking applications and interfaces.
•Hands-on knowledge of .NET and Java, plus encryption controls, API management, and IT architecture design.
