Job Summary

Ensure end-to-end delivery operations by following departmental policies, operational standards, and the ready-to-deliver checklist. Coordinate shipment procedures (address checks, sorting, customer contact) and complete deliveries within accepted times, updating the operation system and handing over bills. Maintain safety and security standards, provide fast and quality customer service, perform routine vehicle maintenance, and support clerical/emergency tasks at the delivery center.

Key Responsibilities

•Follow departmental policies, processes, and standard operating procedures to carry out deliveries consistently.
•Implement delivery procedures for ready shipments, including address checks, sorting, and coordinating delivery details with customers.
•Complete deliveries and return to the delivery center by the accepted time; update the operation system and hand over bills.
•Provide fast, efficient shipment services and handle customer questions, feedback, and complaints.
•Maintain safety and vehicle operations by following driving routes/time schedules and performing routine vehicle maintenance.

Key Requirements

•High school degree or equivalent.
•2-5 years of experience in a delivery center.
•Valid Driver’s License and evidence of insurability.
•Forklift certificate.
•In-depth knowledge of UAE Roads Transport Regulations and ability to use Microsoft Office.
