Serve as the primary service and maintenance contact for customers in a defined commercial market. Commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up HVAC systems on-site, coordinating with team leaders and customers to forecast needs, gather materials, and synchronize work. Use hand tools and cutting-edge software/technology to diagnose and repair units while enforcing safety standards, maintaining accountability of company assets, and supporting occasional overtime, weekends, and overnight stays.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate with team leader/project manager and customer to understand requirements for on-site installations and repairs by forecasting issues, gathering materials, and synchronizing work.
•Serve as direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing equipment and systems at customer locations.
•Use hand tools and cutting-edge software/technology, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair HVAC units.
•Maintain flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required, including occasional overnight stays.
•Enforce safety standards and maintain security/accountability of company-issued and procured assets by recording use, wear, and condition.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or equivalent, with typically 5+ years of HVAC experience; technical school or formal training preferred.
•Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office software and proficiency with a hand-held computer (e.g., smartphone, iPad).
•Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations (including DUI, hit & run, license suspension, reckless/careless driving).
•EPA Certification.
•Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed, including occasional overnight stays.
