Key Responsibilities

  • •Process and accurately complete all financial service transactions while identifying opportunities to expand the client relationship.
  • •Resolve more complex client servicing issues as a resource when needed.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities during client interactions and provide customized recommendations; transition clients to a Banker when appropriate.
  • •Meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals; participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.
  • •Follow compliance, audit, and security procedures, balance the cash drawer within guidelines, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, fees, and policies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.23 - 28.37 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED or equivalent business experience.
  • •Experience building current and new client relationships, achieving sales goals, and developing referral sources (e.g., tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, networking).
  • •Experience handling cash accurately and securely.
  • •General understanding of PC (Windows applications) and calculator, plus working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) to educate clients.
  • •Notary License within 180 days (preferred).
