Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide consistently high standards of customer experience in-store per Puma brand values and service standards.
  • •Resolve customer needs to achieve or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability targets.
  • •Process sales transactions accurately at checkout in a secure and efficient manner.
  • •Maintain cleanliness and order, and ensure visual merchandising guidelines are followed.
  • •Assist with receiving, processing, and stocking merchandise and managing product availability.
