Job Summary

Deliver client-facing strategy consulting for property and casualty (re)insurance clients within the Strategy Advisory group. Lead project workstreams end-to-end—driving market research, quantitative and qualitative analysis, story building, and report/client deliverable production. Facilitate interviews, manage client relationships alongside STG colleagues, and support proposals and marketing/business development materials. Collaborate with internal teams and mentor colleagues while helping clients translate insights into actionable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Contribute to full lifecycle client engagements by leading strategic initiatives and managing project workstreams.
•Deliver project outputs by managing project team members and mentoring colleagues outside specific projects.
•Lead market research and quantitative/qualitative analyses to synthesize strategic recommendations.
•Own analysis, story building, report production, and client solutioning deliverables.
•Facilitate client and internal interviews, identify and communicate recommendations, and support proposals/marketing materials.
