Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Retail Supervisor with retail operations including inventory management, scheduling, staffing, cleanliness, and preparations.
  • •Help manage retail set-up and teardown planning and operations for the event.
  • •Supervise the team during initial merchandise inventory and unboxing.
  • •Coordinate with Fever-Ops and Event Management to set up POS systems at each point of sale and oversee service flow and sales positions.
  • •Assist guests in retail areas, manage checkout questions/complaints, monitor cash/card transactions, and communicate staff issues to on-site managers.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of retail management or supervisory experience.
  • •Strong leadership skills to train, lead, and hold others accountable for results.
  • •Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • •Experience using Google Drive and Google suite tools including Sheets, Word, and Google Meetings.
  • •Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
