Key Responsibilities

•Own growth analytics by measuring channel performance (paid media, referral, affiliate, organic) and surface actionable signals in near real-time.
•Build channel attribution monitoring and incrementality frameworks to distinguish true causal impact from correlation.
•Lead analytics for growth campaigns, incentive programs, and promotional events from pre-launch sizing to post-launch readouts.
•Design and deploy AI-powered analytics tools and systems (LLM-based query tools, anomaly detection pipelines, self-serve tooling) to democratize data access across growth and product teams.
•Partner with growth leads and PMs to translate analyses into actionable narratives for technical and non-technical audiences.
