Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and lead global technology strategy and multi-year roadmap for Integrated Business Planning capabilities.
  • •Own and govern IBP products, platforms, and enterprise planning solutions, including scalability, reliability, security, and lifecycle management.
  • •Serve as primary technology partner to IBP leadership and business stakeholders to translate requirements into integrated technology solutions.
  • •Lead enterprise planning architecture, integration, prototyping, and testing across demand, supply, inventory, manufacturing, procurement, finance, ERP, and data/analytics.
  • •Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Tech Delivery, business analysts, and platform (tech) specialists; monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Analytics, or related field.
  • •8+ years of progressive experience in Information Technology, Digital Supply Chain, Enterprise Planning, or Business Transformation.
  • •5+ years of leadership experience managing technology teams, products, platforms, or enterprise capabilities.
  • •Demonstrated experience supporting Integrated Business Planning, S&OP, Supply Chain Planning, Financial Planning, or Enterprise Planning functions.
  • •Experience leading enterprise technology transformations and large-scale planning platform implementations using solutions such as SAP IBP, o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, Anaplan, Oracle, or equivalent.
