Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Territory Manager to drive sales for our Acute Care Technology division in EMS, Fire, and Healthcare. You’ll own lead generation, product demos, RFP coordination, and deal negotiations across a large geographic territory, with up to 50% travel, in hybrid work arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

•Meet territory sales goals and take accountability for lead generation and development, including prospecting, product demos, coordination of RFPs and proposals, and negotiating and closing deals.
•Present product demos via WebEx and in person, work with Sales support and Sales Engineers as appropriate, coordinate proposals and RFPs, and communicate using sales toolkits.
•Attend trade shows and networking events to generate leads and actively network with trade organizations to promote awareness in the territory.
•Forecast sales activity and expected deal closures, maintaining compliance with activity metrics and CRM documentation.
•Achieve quota attainment in the assigned territory and ensure customer satisfaction through best-practice hand-offs.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•4-6 years of successful sales experience with a track record of meeting and exceeding quota.
•Valid state driver’s license.
•Ability to travel upwards of 50% to facilitate in-person prospecting, product demonstrations, face-to-face meetings, and relationship building.
•Proven ability to effectively manage a large geographic territory and work from a remote office.
•Knowledge of Public Safety/EMS Industry background/knowledge is a plus.
