Job Summary

Build and evolve an Engineering Platform for a global fintech, partnering with product-oriented teams and defining scalable, microservices-based platform capabilities. Key Responsibilities

•Discuss and help define service owners in GCP using a RACI Matrix.
•Create centralized access management controls for GCP resources and implement integration/shutdown processes with JIRA-based access request/approval workflows.
•Define and deploy standardized baselines and guidelines for creating new projects (naming conventions, resource allocations, configurations).
•Design and implement monitoring controls for access to keys, and introduce comprehensive GCP RBAC following the Principle of Least Privilege.
•Set governance for platform self-service automation, “golden paths,” and observability for resources created via the engineering platform.
