Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end functional validation and manage AV&V, FPGA, and post-silicon validation team execution, timelines, and mentorship.
  • •Lead SoC validation by driving FPGA prototyping and validation strategies using high-performance platforms and hardware emulation environments.
  • •Plan and execute post-silicon bring-up, functional validation, and characterization across temperature and voltage corners.
  • •Architect and oversee validation boards, custom FPGA prototyping boards, reference platforms, and test fixtures for silicon evaluation.
  • •Debug complex silicon bugs in partnership with Test, Software/ROM, Application Engineering, and Analog Design teams using lab equipment and FPGA/emulation trace environments.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering.
  • •Minimum 8+ years of semiconductor validation and prototyping experience.
  • •Proven track record of managing or leading engineering teams.
  • •Strong board-level hardware concepts and high-speed signal integrity knowledge.
  • •Hands-on understanding of lab equipment and FPGA prototyping workflows and emulation platforms (e.g., Palladium).
