Key Responsibilities

  • •Put safety and compliance first in all lease operator activities.
  • •Conduct operational assessments of assigned wells, equipment, and plant facilities and ensure daily assessment reports are submitted.
  • •Execute production tests, perform minor repairs, and maintain lease-site readiness (including general upkeep).
  • •Monitor control panels, gauges, and meters to ensure equipment functioning and set up/install new equipment as needed.
  • •Maintain regulatory, environmental, and safety compliance, report incidents/near misses, and participate in incident investigations.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED/higher secondary education required.
  • •3+ years of relevant experience in E&P operations (preferred: lease site management, equipment maintenance, or pipeline operations) or related field.
  • •Proficiency using ProdView, Eagle app, Cygnet, and Pi.
  • •Ability to review operating parameters and execute production tests while ensuring SOPs are followed.
  • •Demonstrated commitment to safety, regulatory and environmental compliance, including emissions and spill controls.
