Help customers adopt Mistral’s AI products by onboarding them on APIs and guiding prompting, evaluation, and fine-tuning. Deploy production GenAI use cases with measurable business impact across industries, collaborating with researchers and product engineers on advanced LLM and RAG/agentic projects. Support pre-sales technical calls, explain Mistral technologies to technical and non-technical stakeholders, and continuously improve products and models based on customer feedback.

•Onboard customers on products and APIs, guiding prompting, evaluation, and fine-tuning for production-ready integration.
•Build and deploy GenAI applications and production use cases across consumer and industrial domains.
•Collaborate with researchers and AI/product engineers on complex customer projects involving LLMs, fine-tuning, inference, and fine-tuning codebases.
•Support pre-sales calls and provide technical guidance to multiple stakeholders, explaining Mistral technologies.
•Work with product and science teams to improve product and model capabilities based on customer feedback.

•Strong Python coding skills plus experience deploying LLMs/NLP applications and communicating complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
