Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate laboratory equipment safely to support project needs, including possible modification of standard operating procedures.
  • •Maintain a clean, safe lab environment and follow housekeeping, GMPs, and safety guidelines.
  • •Conduct searches on prior art and current technology when needed, summarizing outcomes in appropriate reports.
  • •Perform lab/pilot plant experiments, analyze and interpret data, and make recommendations to the project team.
  • •Record data in the Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) and other archiving databases and present status, updates, and outcomes to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled as an undergraduate (preferably completing junior year) pursuing a major in Chemical Engineering or related field, or enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program.
  • •Ability to work safely in a laboratory and pilot plant environment, following GMPs and safety/housekeeping guidelines.
  • •Ability to work reliably and meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with peers and stakeholders.
  • •Working knowledge of basic computer applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • •Currently possess unrestricted authorization to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship).
